Part 2 of my series that delves into the concept of collages as music - inspired by the 'Cut-Up' technique from William S. Burroughs and Bryon Gysin.

This part features much more ambient pieces and is at times more melodically oriented as well. I tried employing using different parts of an initial version of a track (in Yalte for example) and reverse bits here and there, pasting it together with what I had previously.

Also I used a lot of really old ideas and put them into a newer context.

- "Oodra" originates from a piano idea I worked on at least 12 years ago in 2008.

- "Rieda" uses (as "Verge" on Fuive Pt. 1) the original score (as a string quartet) from a piece from 2009. If you listen closely to the melodious material in "Verge" you'll probably be able to tell the similarities.

Also I'm trying to re-use ideas across all of Fuive:
- "Uboot" is a good example of that as it shares the same ideas and sounds as "Sarah" from Fuive - Pt.1 and

- "Yalte" even uses the same melody samples as "Matsi"

The final part (Part 3) has not been started yet but will feature mostly rhythmic material and will conclude the use of all letters from the alphabet for the first letter of each track.
